Well, for starters:

She would have read, studied and discussed in detail the daily intel
briefings that warned us a virus was on the way.
She wouldn't have said the virus was a hoax.
She wouldn't have told the public it would go after after the first 15
cases were discovered.
She wouldn't be second-guessing medical experts.
She wouldn't have said it would go away with warm weather.
She wouldn't have been promoting unproven and dangerous drugs to fight
the virus.
She wouldn't have waited to order suppliers to get into the device and
protection supply business.
She wouldn't have left it up to the states to solve the problems.
She wouldn't have been suggesting the use of UV light and potent
internal use of sanitary chemicals to fight the virus.
She would have issued directives to stay home earlier in the game.


.... And more people would be out of work because her lock down would
have been more extensive.
