is not in his favor.

Yes. Less than half of the ICU cases are coming out alive and his age
is not in his favor.

Reports I've read/heard is that he is not on a ventilator or even on
oxygen ..but they are available if his condition further deteriorates.

Don't know what the survival rate is for patients who require ICU care
but are not put on ventilator.

My guess is they are taking every precaution due to his position.

I heard a guy who professes to be a doctor in New Orleans who says 85%
of covid patients on vents die. Someone else was saying in UK that is
more like 75%. It is still not encouraging.
