In spite of being in the "scare the **** out of you" camp, this guy is
pegging "mild to moderate symptoms" at almost 81%. I bet that number
keeps inching up as we start to see more cases of spontaneous cures.

BTW did you guys see the PBS show about the 1918 flu on PBS (American
Experience). I knew some of it but the thing that surprised me is how
it just suddenly disappeared after ravaging the world for a year. The
theory was everyone who was going to be infected, got infected and it
ran out of vectors.
The thing that made it different was it was worst in the young adult
population. It was also interesting how quickly people forgot about it
after it was gone.

Well, there was a really bad WAR that may have made them forget the flu.

Well, there was a really bad WAR that may have made them forget the flu.

They were pretty much going on at the same time but the flu killed
many more people than the war. In fact more Americans than all
Americans killed in all wars of the 20th century (~600k)
