Maybe we should disarm the NYPD

.... or at least give them some target practice.
7 cops shooting, 42 shots fired, one officer dead, one wounded and
they missed the bad guy.
This seems to be a pattern with these people.

===

In addition to accuracy, it sounds like there was a tactical issue
also with cops positioned in such a way that cross fire was almost
inevitable.

Do union cops need to display proficiency in firearms? Remember, Harry said he could and did out
shoot all those cops in Prince George's County, MD.

Cops generally are not known for being accurate shots unless, of course,
they are shooting at unarmed suspects. Lack of practice, outshooting the
capabilities of their sidearms, etc.

People in general are not known for being accurate shots when they are in high stress situations. Situations where someone may fire back at them. You know, situations where you are firing at something other than a stump.
Etc.

They need more training. An officer died from friendly fire due to
crossfire? That's avoidable.

Harry totally understands. He's been shot at multiple times and once saved a woman from deadly
violence.
