Ridin' the bus....

Had a 1500 hr appointment at my dentist for my semi-annual cleaning and exam.
Bad time of day to be returning from downtown with workers and tons of university students jamming the roads.
I to9k the bus down and it was a pleasant trip at $1.75 senior rate.
Coming back at 1600 hrs was another matter.
First another route bus was trying to load a huge guy on a motorized wheelchair.
He tried and tried to get his extra wide chair up the ramp and then turn left.
All the university students just stood and watched while he spun his front wheels on the buses ramp.
This was holding my bus from c9ming into the loading zone so I had to push and wrangle this heavy load up the ramp and turned 90 degrees in a very confined space.
Got that done and for my troubles ended up standing in my bus. Was that woman driver jerky! Thought I was going to lose my balance a couple of times.
About 3/4 rs of the way to my stop something happens to the back door and the bus can't continue. Bus driver tries all she knows and contacts her supervisors while quite a few students bail out. Finally someone discovers a tree branch interfering with the back door so we resume our trip.
Catch up to a number of the students who all have to board again.
On top of all that had a guy in the seat in front of me who smelled like he has ****ed himself at some point.
Maybe I should get my bicycle out of mothballs and start using it around town.

At least you are man enough to admit it's time for you to stop driving.
I'll give you that.

You'd be as happy as a pig in shift up here, Swill.
We have two major breweries and numerous craft breweries all within walking distance of home.

You ever do any real work? Or hire it all done? Hire Don to come clean
your bathrooms.

We were in Copenhagen, Denmark a few weeks ago and some large
percentage of the workforce commute to work on bicycles.

It's humorous that Don refers to you as a drinker of any sort. He's the only one I know of who's
complained about his son drinking up his beer!
