Cory Booker.

His theatrics today backfired big time as he tried to get more
video/audio clips for his 2020 run for POTUS.

There was more than one ass on that side of the room. Blumenthal and his 'assault rifle ban'
commitment desires got old. But then, look where he's from. :)

The same questions, with the same answers, over and over, got old. I thought Kavanaugh did a
spectacular job, not once losing his cool even with the Dems doing their best to force it.

Even the WaPo got it right. Remarkable!

“I openly invite and accept the consequences of releasing that email right now,” Booker said. “The
emails are being withheld from the public have nothing to do with national security.”

Bill Burck, Bush’s presidential records representative, said later Thursday, “We cleared the
documents last night shortly after Senator Booker’s staff asked us to. We were surprised to learn
about Senator Booker’s histrionics this morning because we had already told him he could use the
documents publicly. In fact, we have said yes to every request made by the Senate Democrats to make
documents public.”

Such theatrics have characterized Kavanaugh’s hearings, in which Democrats have repeatedly
complained that Republicans have withheld documents from the committee and the public that shed
important light on Kavanaugh’s past.

Au contraire...Booker and the others helped reveal what a tool the nominee
is.

Bull****. His release of 20 additional restricted documents revealed
..... nothing.

He's doing nothing more than getting his name more often and
collecting video clips that will be used totally out of context
in his run in 2020. Same with Harris.

Your party still is infested with a serious flaw. They still think
the average American voter is stupid. Typical elitist attitude that
currently exists within Democratic circles.

The release of the documents the Republicans wanted to hide was
interesting and revealed quite a bit about the high court nominee.

It is humorous how much apparent hatred you have for the Dems. The
political atmosphere we have now, mostly from Trump and his supporters,
is the direct result of how Sara Palin behaved in the 2008 election
period and since. In many ways, Trump is the political stepchild of
Palin. Were it not for her horrific behavior, the path wouldn't have
been cleared for Trump's horrific behavior.

I used to think it would be "enough" if the Dems could simply tie
Trump's hands and limit the damage he is causing. Not any more. I think
he needs to be removed from office by any possible legal and peaceful
means.

Oh, so now the ridiculous behavior of the committee Dems is due to Sarah Palin. Do you have any idea
how f'ing ridiculous you sound?

The Republicans were not 'hiding' any documents. All were available to the Dems on the committee. As
shown, if the Dems wanted them public they had only to ask. That's why Booker ended up looking like
a complete ass.

What is about about the current crop of Democrats that I am supposed to
embrace and support? Come up with a serious moderate who has specific
ideas for the country that are not simply centered on bashing the
current POTUS and I'd be very much open to listening and giving him/her
consideration.

Right now I can't think of one.

BTW, Kavanaugh is handling his inquisition with style and grace. He's
not perfect but so far the Dems, despite their theatrics, haven't laid
a glove on him. He's making them look foolish.

I saw one example of a planted "protestor". She was sitting there
staring at her phone and suddenly jumped up as if on cue and started
shouting her nonsense as she was ushered out. Apparently the organizers
of the protests text them when they want them to perform. Hilarious.

I think the cops caught on to that right away. They seem very 'johnny on the spot' when the
screaming starts.
