When Trump has Pruitt wipe out a bunch of these rules purely
administratively, I am sure you will have plenty of thoughts about it

Which just reinforces what I said in my first note. These are not
laws, they are just administrative decrees and this is not even close
to the first time it happened. It is a 200 year old tradition
