Certainly seems to be dominated by Europeans and Asians. I don't see
many Latinos in there. Like I said you need more diversity.

When the equal opportunity group investigated us at Itel, when we fired a
black guy, they informed us we had no diversity, as India and Asian people
did not count. There were 5 Caucasian’s out of about 40 people.
