UMCOR, Ellicott City and Baltimore MD

Always an excuse from the boy. Charity Navigator gives UMCOR four stars, their highest rating. Good enough for me. .......... The 4star management is one reason I support them. They do tremendous world wide work and also do training for others in case emergencies are in their local area. They thrive on efficiency.
