I think the network may also be overestimating the popularity of rap
music. My wife commented "what happened to the days when black people
used to sing the best songs"? I agree.
Now what passes as music is just a racist rant.
This from a guy who grew up with nothing but Motown on my turntable.

The Grammy Awards are right up there with the Stupor Bowl and Trump
formal speeches on the list of events I don't watch.

Motown was one of the clients of the agency I worked for in Detroit. We
handled special events planning and pr, but, sadly, not music and artists.

Heh. We are well aware of your lack of qualifications to comment on
football or the Superbowl. You've stated many times you don't watch.

Now we can add your lack of qualifications to comment on the Grammy
Awards and of President Trump's various initiatives. You acknowledge
that you don't bother to watch them either.

Fat Harry doesn't have anything original to share. You can bet
that Fat Harry's opinions are cut and pastes from someone he
agrees with.

I don't watch the Music Award shows either. Guess my tastes are buried back in the '60s.

Just cracks me up that although he considers himself somewhat as an
intellectual, Harry's opinions and conclusions about Trump seem to be
based on hearsay since he acknowledges he doesn't watch or listen to him.

Must be some kind of religious faith.

Most of those artists did not really have any representation. That is
why so many died broke while people were raking in millions for their
music. It was the golden age for music tho.
Nobody will be listening to the crap they were throwing grammies at
last, night 10 years from now.
I did find it a bit ironic that the women were making an empowerment
statement in the middle of a ceremony rewarding rap singers who "slap
they bitches" and call them "hos".

I read transcripts of Trump speeches and of course see a lot of what he
says as reported on the news afterwards. I don't like to watch him
live...he nauseates me.
