Smoked turkey breast and a ham with mac and cheese, black eyed peas, collard greens, sweet potato casserole, stewed tomatoes, cornbread, and of course jalapenos (with vinegar) and regular and hot chow-chow. Ate with my sisters and their families at my dad's house. Good day.

Thanks. Sounds like a great meal. It's funny how collard greens will go with anything, except maybe

We had a selection. Fish tacos, giant bacon burger, nachos. Sushi rolls.

Eat 'em. Lots of 'em. The southerners believe they bring good luck. Yankees believe in pork and
sauerkraut. I believe in both. But, Anasazi beans overrode the black-eyed peas this year.

God made only so many ham hocks for beans, you know.
