meet with Trump, Ryan and McConnell, regardless of Trump's tweet. They
were still invited. They just didn't want to be embarrassed in front of
the cameras.

I agree with BAO that nobody is really trying to negotiate in good
faith ... none of them.
Congress just has been, who is in the leadership, for at least 25
years. There has been little actual bipartisan work on anything even
close to being controversial.
