I've been thinking of a hybrid trailer in that size range but they've gotten very expensive up here since our dollar dropped in value. Used to see the new trailers in the $18K range but now closer to $25K

Use the campground's electricity! Your propane isn't free. Ovens are great for biscuits to go with
your sausage gravy. Although I have baked them on the BBQ.

We've got all the 'stuff' also, but a little office space heater is our heater of choice. Especially
in the bedroom, which is probably close in size to your whole rig.

I think those are referred to as 'pop-outs'. Ours had a slide, but none of the pop-outs.

Sold the Sprinter back in 2011. At the time we rarely used it. Bought
it new in 2005 and after 5 years it still only had less than 5K miles on
it. A retired guy and his wife flew out from Minnesota, bought it and
drove it home. For a couple of years he sent me emails occasionally
with pictures of places they had visited in it. Haven't heard from him
in quite a while and my email address has changed since then.

I have told ... ummm... "asked" my wife not to fill this little camper
up with all her "stuff" like she has in the past. Paper plates,
plasticwear and paper towels is enough. Electric space heater is a good
idea though.

We aren't planning any serious traveling in it. It's just for
occasional trips down the Cape just to break the monotony.
