The Guardian newspaper reports that Fox News will no longer be broadcasting
in the United Kingdom, due to dismally low viewership. The shuttering of
the branch comes after fifteen years on the air.


But how long will the stench permeate the atmosphere in the UK?

Why would most people on UK really care about the US centric news on
Fox anyway? CNN actually has a global reach based on the original Ted
Turner design. Fox does not even try to cover stories about things
outside the US. It is a different operation aimed at a different
audience. I doubt MSNBC has much of a UK viewer ship either, for the
same reason.

I am sure you are more familiar with Fox than I am, since I almost never
see any of its programming.
