New prop question

I am running a Mercruiser 165 in a 1978 SeaRay V192, and need a replacement prop. I would like to use the opportunity to pick up additional speed. The drive ratio is 1.65:1. What diameter and pitch do you recommend?

What are you running now and what is the WOT RPM vs the redline?
