Why are we bailing these ****ing morons out?
They are going into a hurricane season with 13 of the pumps it takes
to keep the city from going underwater DOWN.
If Harvey shifted east 150-200 miles they would be fish food.
It is almost like they have just given up and assume the feds will
keep making them whole after they ignore their infrastructure and
flood. The next time FEMA should just condemn the whole damned city
and force them to build up to the current FEMA code. (as they should
have after Katrina)
