Kimber conversion kit magazines

I bought two Jagemann magazines for .22LR for use in my Kimber with the .22 conversion kit. The
magazines would not lock into place, even though the web site said they'd work with the Kimber
conversion kit.

Called Cheaper Than Dirt. Customer service sweetheart said to trash the magazines, refunded my
credit card, and took an order for two different magazines. Can't bitch about that!

I've done business with Cheaper Than Dirt several times, and have had nothing but positive experiences with them.

It is really a fairly simple device. Usually all you need to do is
take a little off the slot in the magazine (with a Dremel tool or
file) where the catch in the gun grabs it. I got some aftermarket
magazines for my M1A that had that problem.
Since the ones you have are free now, you don't have much to lose
trying.

Good thought. A wise man told me "you can't tear up junk"

He's absolutely right... yes John. Give it a try...

There's always a chance Herring's incompetent meddling will result in a
round exploding and relieving the world of his hateful presence...
