If you get the fresh, uncooked picnic ham, you can put it on the smoker and make some great pulled
pord therefrom. Take the rind off first.

If you have a low-transom Pahka, you can throw the rind down in front of the engine and dog fish
will just jump right over your low transom into the boat!
