Default Cotto Salami?

I had never tried it but Publix had it on sale (Oscar Meyer) so I gave
it a shot. I like fried bologna but the only stuff that was worth a
damn was the Hebrew National and that is unavailable here now so I
bought this because it looks about the same.
It turns out great fried (sandwich) and I also made some snacks with
it the other night. Start with a stone wheat cracker, layer of sharp
cheese and cover it with a piece of salami. Put that under the broiler
(toaster oven) until the cheese melts and browns at the exposed part
and it ends up great. I made 6 for the two of us and they were gone in
a flash. I bet watching a football game with the gang a tray of them
would disappear.
If I was doing a tray of them I would use my new convection oven.

I've eaten a bunch of that because it's a cheaper meat. I think it's a step above balony. It makes a decent da witch if you dr it up with plenty of cheese and mayo
