Interesting PBS shot.

I guess the camera man is a Bernie guy.
This was right after General Allen promised Hillary would buy the best
weapons and other saber rattling fire and brimstone.

This was live but it certainly looked intentional to me because they
stayed on it and never panned up far enough to see the "no".
I bet it is still on the rerun, toward the end of Allen's speech
