Harry should go get his money back from UK because he did not get the

My lessons in critical thinking taught me to not jump to conclusions
based upon a silly, singular data point. As usual, you are trying to
make more of my little offering than there was. You would have been the
easiest of formal debate opponents.

Well, I accidentally left off the 'Q', which stands for 'queer' and is a PC term.

The rest, in order, a Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transsexual (or Transvestite, not sure which),

I hope that didn't offend anybody.

"T" is currently "trans gender" but these things tend to change over
time. It used to be "trans sexual". (a person who actually believes
they were misassigned at birth)
Transvestite is a whole different shade of pink, typically a
homosexual who dresses to attract men for fun or profit. Cross
dressers are generally straight men who just like to dress like women.

At least that was what it was a while ago when we knew gay folks who
could explain these things.

Since we are still talking about marriage equality, it is the
bisexuals who are being discriminated against now.
They should be allowed to have a husband and a wife if we are being
fair. Otherwise we are forcing them to deny their natural state or
they will have to seek relationships outside of their marriage and
that is unfair.
I know that sounds strange right now but not any stranger than 2 men
being married 8 years ago (when Hillary was against it) or men being
allowed in the ladies room 4 years ago when nobody would have
supported it.

I have to go to Key West to see that but I think it is far from
normal. That was the point that you dodged.
I am not the one who defined that, society did.

BTW have you seen Michael Moore lately?
He says he thinks Trump is going to win.
I suppose he hopes that is a self fulfilling prophecy because, with a
democrat in the White House, he has a hard time making a living
without ****ing off his base.
He does make a compelling case, scary as that is. The short answer is
****ed off white guys vote. Women, gays, blacks and latinos tend to
have better things to do, particularly when their choice is a neocon
person with a bad history on the issues they care about.

I've lost track of the alphabet soup of letters that describe the
different kinds of gay people. It's really not important but it
would be nice if someone would explain it all.

It took me a while to get my head around all of the variations of men
in women's clothes. Fortunately (for the process) there were lots of
gay people in the flower business and the home decor business (things
my wife did before she got into HVAC and construction).
It was an interesting intellectual exercise but I was happy to be
around normal people again. Some of the gay guys were regular folks
but some were crazy as a ****house rat.
I spent more time that I wanted to with the various iterations of
"gay". It turns out, most men in dresses are not even gay ... if you
can believe what they say. That makes them in the ladies room even
more troubling.

Gays are normal people.

It depends on the gay person. I know some who are very normal, I have
also met plenty who were flaming fags and they would be the first ones
to say it.
The guy who worked for my wife, until he went to jail (DUI and
"driving after") looked and acted like a guy you would meet in a duck
blind or a construction job. Even my wife, who has very good "gaydar",
did not believe he was gay until she met his partner.

Wait...*you* are defining "normal"? Are you posing as John Herring, the
self-appointed guy in charge of...nothing?

*You* are the one who defined 'normal' with your 'gays are normal' comment.

Boy, you demand a lot for yourself and your buddies.

Actually, the solution is good for the GLBTZP crowd also.

Well, I accidentally left off the 'Q', which stands for 'queer' and is a PC term.

The rest, in order, a Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transsexual (or Transvestite, not sure which),
Zoophile, and Pedophile. None of those are 'sexual disorders' but are normal behaviors of those born
with such an inclination, i.e., they are 'natural' states of being.

I hope that didn't offend anybody.

Other than the alphabet

He forgot the "J" for JustanAssholePhile.

Is that also 'normal behavior'?

"T" is currently "trans gender" but these things tend to change over
time. It used to be "trans sexual". (a person who actually believes
they were misassigned at birth)
Transvestite is a whole different shade of pink, typically a
homosexual who dresses to attract men for fun or profit. Cross
dressers are generally straight men who just like to dress like women.

At least that was what it was a while ago when we knew gay folks who
could explain these things.

Actually, it should be 'T*3', 'cause I can't put an exponent on the 'T' in Agent. I'm thinking the
abbreviation (acronym?) should be 'GLBTTTQZP' and pronounced 'glibitcuezip'. That should cover it
and be politically correct.

Can't argue with that!

Not often, I prefer facts but other people do and you call them

Damn those racist facts!

Yup. I was funny watching the panel from NPR fact checking the Trump
speech when they got to the claim about the spike of violent crime in
the big cities. They started by saying that overall crime is down,
then almost as a second thought they acknowledged that yes crime is
bad in the black neighborhoods in the large cities, ignoring that
Trump was talking about that exact thing.
They also had to quibble about their contention that the line about
more cops being killed this year saying it was only 21% and then when
they narrowed it down to "being shot" it wasn't 43% more, it was 78%
more.
People do not realize, most cops killed in the line, die in traffic
accidents and they are changing their road side procedures (notice
these days the cop stops on the grass side of your car now, not
partially on the road side) along with lighting their cars up like a
Vegas casino. THAT is the number that is coming down.

One of my brothers, a liberal atheist, called himself a 'secular progressive'. He didn't like the
term 'liberal atheist'. I guess the 'humanist' part means they like to buy votes with welfare
programs.

There, that's the best definition I can come up with.

The stupid on your side of the aisle is...beyond mind-boggling.

In simple terms:

Secular means "non-religious" or "not religious". It doesn't necessarily
mean "atheist," since there are plenty of folks who believe in a creator
but not in religion.

Progressive in this context typically means someone who wants society to
progress so that it is more inclusive.

Humanism, from Wiki: Humanism is a philosophical and ethical stance that
emphasizes the value and agency of human beings, individually and
collectively, and generally prefers critical thinking and evidence
(rationalism, empiricism) over acceptance of dogma or superstition.

In other words, the opposite of today's right-wing dirtbags...like, for
example, you and Herring. :)
