It is run by the government school system but home schooling on the web. For some reason, the taxes still do not go down in spite of the fact that they do not have to pay for a school building, food service, buses and all of the maintenance issues those entail. The admin building actually got bigger. Only the government could design a web based business that actually has more infrastructure and administrative cost than a brick and mortar operation. |
