How many of those visits are because a cruise ship, not registered
American, can not start a cruise and end a cruise in the USA without a
foreign stop? Maybe is the easiest place to do a foreign stopover.

stench was just too...too.


Brain fart. Florida is USA, the ship has to stop outside the USA at least
once.
