How is the Triumph rebuild going? What did you decide to do with it?

We've had so much rain that I've not had the Guzzi out at all. But, Rolling Thunder is coming soon,
but we've not yet decided whether or not to participate.

Scroll down to the first picture and see if you can find my Guzzi. Hint - Scooby Doo is mounted on
the topcase!

I found you, John. You're to the left of the guy in the black t-shirt.

My phone won't enlarge enough for detail. I'll try it at home on the PC

Oh yes . My Triumph. Well I've taken it about as far as I can deal with it. Way too much stuff going on. So I'm thinking of taking it to a Classic British bike shop and have them finish it out. Oh, it'll cost me but
Frankly, they could have it done while I'm still make ng a parts list.
Besides I want to get it finished for the DGR coming this fall. I could ride the Guzzi, but there's just something about vintage British... That runs. Lol!

Here's a compiled vid clip. I have know idea why the need for crappy lyrics. Oh well..,

That sounds like a plan. Have you trashed the idea of building a bench, putting the bike thereon,
and doing the work yourself? A couple thousand bucks would buy a bunch of parts that would be fun to
install.

How do I find out when and where the DGR will be in my neighborhood? I don't have the bucks to take
my Guzzi to Bordeaux, France - or Marseille for that matter.

I won't be answering for a bit. Going on another 'glamping' trip this weekend.

Not sure on how you go about it John, but I think you have to register for your area. I belive there is a D.C . Ride. Most metro areas have them. Mine is St. Louis mo. Or Evansville IN. There's others but those are the two I'd take.

Thanks, I'll check it out. If we're in town, it may be fun. My wife is putting in to do Rolling
Thunder this year. We'll see.
