Happy Easter, Folks!

Today is always a family get-together day. The kids get to hunt Easter eggs while the
adults take pictures of them wearing their new Easter outfits. Dinner is always a big
ham, although I have to admit to getting a pre-sliced ham at Costco. They sell a damn
good pre-sliced ham.

I'm sure Jesus would have enjoyed that ham. :)

Oh, so you don't think Jesus enjoyed a good easter ham, eh? :)

The NT seems to be silent about whether Jesus kept kosher

You would expect otherwise? The Roman council that "edited" the
testaments that were "accepted" engaged in some heavy editing and
rewriting. Even the calendar was modified...because Easter, after all,
comes after Passover, not before it or during it.

Rewriting history to advance the objectives of the present is
certainly not a new concept.
