Poke a few strategic holes in the hull, remove all pollutants, pour
the floatation chambers full of concrete and sink them to make reefs.

Local, guy here, strips the hulls, sells the metals, and has a roller
trailer, he loads the boat on and drops it off at a power cogen plant.
They burn the boat for power, then the ashes, and melted glass, take,a,lot
less,landfill.

They are pretty picky about what they burn in our waste to energy
plant. I think "recycled" paper and plastic is the best. It certainly
makes more sense than trucking it 1000 miles to sell it at a loss.

This plant was originally built to burn old tires.
