Talking about Golf, my wife got an interesting call. There was a near
fistfight over a golf shot and they called her for a ruling. She ended
up sending a ranger over to sort it out.

One argument, one ranger.

The rangers on that course do all sorts of stuff. Two of them have
saved lives. (heart attacks) They carry "zappers" (IED) on the cart
and they are all certified in CPR and first aid.
Usually it is just offering guys spending too much time looking for a
ball, a handful of them and getting them moving again. They try to get
210 rounds a day or more. It is "ready golf" with pace clocks on every
hole.

I think you mean "AED" not "IED". An AED is an automatic external
defibrillator. An IED is an improvised explosive device.

One of the requirements for the driving job I have was certification of
training in CPR, AED and First Aid. The other requirements included a
background check, 10 year driving record check and drug test.

Yup you are right. I knew it was wrong when I saw it post.
I suppose an IED would get some attention tho. ;-)
Those guys do get the drug test but they only have to show a valid DL.
They also look at criminal background check and a credit check.
They are starting to do a "social media" check but they have not
really been that serious about it. They are looking for a vendor.

Sometimes it takes an IED to get the slow golfers moving.

Same as a lot of courses. Was, vague I suppose, refer nice to Texas
Rangers history.
