They had a specialty called tofu chicken which was really quite tasty. It was thin sliced chicken in a gravy-like sauce with bits of tofu added. |

I wonder why the tofu was added. === Perhaps because it wouldn't be tofu chicken without it? :-) Supposedly it's a good source of low fat protein. I'ce also had soup with small cubes of it which wasn't bad. You have to get the flavor from something else, and it should also be warm. Cold tofu would definitely not be high on my list of preferred foods. |
