Donald Rumsfeld briefed President George W. Bush in the Oval Office.

"Three Brazilian soldiers were killed overnight in Iraq, Mr. President".

The color drained from Bush's face. He collapsed at his desk, head in
hands, visibly shaken to the core. He finally regained some of his
composure and whimpered to Rumsfeld,

"Exactly how many is a brazilian?

Oldie but worth repeating.

Did you know that Don Rumsfeld was a boater? He has a 20 something
center console that he keeps in St Michaels, MD. We were docked next
to it for a week summer before last.

I hadn't heard the joke before and thought it was funny.
I remember when Rumsfeld was Sec of Defense under Ford
(and maybe I was a little less cynical) I thought he
had his act together. But then, when he served again as
SOD under GW Bush I realized what an arrogant, egotistical
jerk he was. Major power plays and battles with Powell.

But, I suppose if he has a boat he can't be all bad. :-)
