Not unusual at all in the business world except Trump actually did a
pretty good job. He could have thrown up his hands, declared bankruptcy
and screwed everyone but he didn't. He fought his way out of it.

The video and explanation of how he handled a severe economic downturn
in the commercial real estate market is really complementary to him
rather than negative.
