My guess 3d world, maybe Asia. It is an interesting barge (no apparent
power) and I am thinking some kind of commercial operation.
The "working girls" probably work in the trailer.

If it is, they did a good job. Look at the pixels where the various
objects would have been placed. There are shadows on the deck from the
super structure etc.
