Boating in Cuba

For anyone interested in learning more about boating opportunities in
Cuba, here's a good starting point:

Cuba is one of the last frontiers for us in terms of nearby cruising
opportunities. I'm eager to go and the regulatory situation has eased
up quite a bit. It looks like insurance coverage is going to be the
last hurdle.

I think I am going to let the dust settle a bit before I go to Cuba. I
was there in the 60s, (Gitmo) and that was nice but it was on the base
living in "officer country" as a virtual Lt Cdr with a enlisted ID in
my wallet, the best of both worlds ;-)
