Just what you need...another gun. Maybe you can donate it to some children's charity down there. Interesting that you mention that. This raffle was a charity raffle that supports a horrible, and usually fatal, childhood disease. Last year I donated over $5000 to them. I also donate to other charities but it's fun to have the opportunity to win something while I do it. I have also "won" five Ruger gun auctions that benefit the Matt Light Foundation - look it up, they support kids. Those auctions totaled roughly $7500. In March I will be touring the Ruger facility in NH and also spending a day at their range with Matt Light. I also bid $7800 for two seats to Saturday Night Live. That money goes to - you guessed it - a children's charity. That's about $20,000 to children's charities for 2015 and roughly $5000 to other charities. I don't need you to tell me where to donate my money or to decide how many guns I need. Who has benefited from your contributions this year? There's still time. Take a look at charitybuzz.com You might even find something you can afford. Peace |
