I have a hunch ...
.... that *if* the whole story behind the female shooter in CA (Tashfeen
Malik) comes out, that she originally had a closer tie and sympathies to al Qaeda than to ISIS. She apparently was very upset with the USA's excursion into Pakistan (her homeland) to get bin Laden, a feeling shared by about 64 percent of the Pakistani population. |

I think that may be a distinction without a difference. It may blunt the excuses being used to start a larger war in Syria but considering the way we have justified waging these wars, I doubt it. |

I hear that the Pakistani's consider her a Saudi as she lived and studied there a long time. |

I am sure Pakistan considers her a Saudi now (given the recent events), but she was born, raised and lived in Pakistan until she was an adult. |

This is the country that harbored OBL for a decade while they helped us look for him in Afghanistan. |
