Waffles with a different wang
 

I was whipping up my (actually Alton Brown's) waffle recipe the other
day and I found out I was out of milk. I used Bailey's coffee creamer
and they were great.
Since waffles usually get a dash of sugar in them, you can skip it.
The Baileys has plenty.

In a pinch I thought I'd be creative and used the "just ad water" mix and used root beer instead. They were really fluffy and actually delicious!
