Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake's decision to pay Freddie Gray's family a
$6.4 million civil settlement drew praise and criticism Tuesday, with
some Baltimore leaders saying the move will help heal the city and
others calling it premature.

It's only money (other people's money). The real deterrent will be the
6 officers charged (half black, half white)
There was no discrimination here, just cops trying to teach someone a
lesson.
I said from the start of this one that they were talking that boy for
an E ticket ride in the van..

Right. No discrimination. Sure. Right.

Do you really think a white guy who fights with the cops never gets a
rough ride in the van or simply gets the **** beat out of him?
You have been listening to Al Sharpton too long.

Note half of the cops charged, including the ranking officer are
black. The same was true with Eric Garner The ranking officer was a
black woman.

Your posit doesn't disprove the posit that discrimination was involved.

So you simply default to it must be discrimination until it is proved
not to be?
Perhaps if you mean they are discriminating against people who fight
with the cops, you are right.

You seriously would have been great fun in college on an opposing team's
debate squad.

You would be escorted out. "snerk" and "whoosh" are not responses in a
debate.

Then why bring it up?
You are just changing the subject again.
Maybe if you knew a doctor, she could address this ADD problem.

No, I'm not. I'm pointing out the lack of logic in your post.

I have no reason to question the credentials of Dr Greer.

What lack of logic? I simply asked you to demonstrate an example of
the discrimination in the 2 cases I was referring to.
In Garner and Gray, the leadership was female and black on the scene.
Half the officers were black.
You just dodged and changed the subject.
