the tip of the iceberg. Cash is king in a down market and
deflationary economy.

I think you are right but $40 oil is not going to last. Oil may be the
most manipulated market in all of finance. I know I can't do any
manipulating myself but I would not mind getting some money out in
front of it when they spin it up.
It turned out that I did not get the house next to me so I have a few
bucks to play with.
