So how was the Gettysburg bluegrass festival. Was whe weather good. Also wondering how the camper did after you had the new bushing upgrade to the leaf springs. I hope you had fun and all went well...

The Bluegrass Festival was great. Lots of bands, most were good, some were
great...some were just getting started, and one or two might think about a different
line of work. We got there early enough, Sunday before last, to get some good seats -
second row just off center stage. The only downside was the heat. However, they
provide a big tent for rainy days, and it provided shade on the bad days. Had a great
time. Here's the lineup:

Thursday

2:00 – Chatham County Line
3:00 – Lonesome River Band
4:00 – Rhonda Vincent & the Rage
5:00 – Gibson Brothers
6:00 – Chatham County LIne
7:00 – Lonesome River Band
8:00 – Rhonda vincent & the Rage
9:00 – Gibson Brothers

Friday

11:00 – Headwaters
11:40 – Circa Blue
12:40 – Danny Paisley & the Southern Grass
1:40– Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver
2:40 – Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme Out
3:40 – Travelin McCourys
4:40 – DINNER BREAK
5:55 – Headwaters
6:35 – Circa Blue
7:35 – Danny Paisley & the Southern Grass
8:35 – Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver
9:35 – Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme Out
10:35 – Travelin McCourys (90 Minute Set)

Saturday

11:00 – East of Monroe
11:55 – Dry Branch Fire Squad
12:55 – Darin & Brooke Aldridge
1:55 – The Grascals
2:55 – The Seldom Scene
3:55 – Mountain Heart
4:45 – DINNER BREAK
5:45 – East of Monroe
6:25 – Dry Branch Fire Squad
7:25 – Darin & Brooke Aldridge
8:25 – The Grascals
9:35 – The Seldom Scene
10:35 – Mountain Heart (90 minute set)

Sunday

10:00 – Dry Branch Fire Squad
11:15 – Junior Sisk & Ramblers Choice
12:30 – Kids Academy Performance
12:50 – Eastman Strings Guitar Giveaway
1:00 – Band of Ruhks
2:15 – The Seldom Scene (75 Minute Set)
3:45 – Remington Ryde
5:00 – FAREWELL UNTIL MAY 12-15, 2016

I couldn't tell any difference in the way the trailer towed, but the new 'wet bolt'
suspension should last much longer than the dry bolts would have. The rig is in
pretty good shape now, new tires all around and the work on the suspension system
along with wheel bearing repacking and brake adjustment.

The nice thing is that I didn't break anything this trip!

We're on our way back to Gettysburg with our Good Sam group tomorrow. No music, but
we're planning on one of those tour bus trips through the battlefield. Should be
interesting.

Glad it all went well. We have a lot of them here too. Unfortunately they're usually too far away except for the one in Salem IL which is next weekend and just 30 miles from me. Here's their lineup-

I think I'm gonna try to ale this one this year. It's been a while.

Sounds good. Haven't heard of any of those groups, but you've probably not heard of
the groups at Gettysburg.

But, even if the groups are horrid, the BBQ will probably be great!
