Hillary again

Ok. I'll shut up about Hillary. I've made my point and my feelings known.

It would delight me if this email thing is the issue that causes her
quest to move back into the White House to evaporate. I hope that
a smoking gun arises from all the investigations that causes her to
withdraw from the race.

Unfortunately, I also realize that there's still a very good chance, if
not a probability, that she will be the Democratic nominee and, as
things stand right now, she would win in a general election against any
of the declared Republican candidates.

If she's going down, I hope it's soon and it causes the Democrats to
scrambled to get behind another more qualified and honest candidate.
Even Biden, although prone to gaffes, would be better. He has the
experience and he's fundamentally a decent human being, unlike Hillary
who is a lying sack of ....

I'm not sure what your point is, other than you have a strong dislike
for Mrs. Clinton. You certainly haven't convinced the two
non-Republican/Conservatives remaining in this newsgroup who are
eligible to vote in the 2016 U.S. Presidential election to cast their
ballots for any of the snarly, snarky, right-wing Republican crazies now
seeking the nomination.

Looks like *your* vote is going to The Donald. Or perhaps you won't
vote. Of course, the GOP has a deep bench...perhaps Ms. Palin or Ms
Bachmann can be drafted to be your standard bearer.

The current crop of GOP wannabes is so bad, it makes Mitt Romney seem
statesmanlike.

They had a hit squad assembled on Morning Joe this
morning. Nobody speaking in HRC's defense.
I counted roughly 1 1/2 hours of HRC bashing, out of
a three hour show. Think it was about the same
yesterday.
"They" may get her yet. IF she gets charged with a
crime. I highly doubt there's a smoking gun.
The "crime" was her arrogance and lack of judgment in
not using a "secured" government email server.
Sloppy. But that's been known for months now.
It's the drumbeat that matters, and whether people
start ignoring the drums.
It's getting really tedious to me. I'm no fan of
HRC. But policy-wise, any Dem beats the GOP for me.
Trump might be good, because of having Melania in the
WH. And I bet he could get some things done quickly,
using his business sense. Like single payer health
care.
A Trump presidency would be "interesting."

I didn't catch most of "Morning Joe" today but I did see and hear Eugene
Robinson's comments. In the past he has always been
defensive of Hillary and critical of right-wing "attacks".

Even he is changing his tune though. In is column he calls Hillary "her
own worst enemy".

He's been turned for sure. Thought he had better
judgment, but I guess he likes that Morning Joe gig.
BTW, Fox really grabbed his words to go against HRC,
so he earned brownie points with Joe and Mika.
It'll be interesting to see if they book anybody who
defends HRC on the show in the coming weeks.
Maybe they'll have to fill the guest seats with Carl
Rove, Josh Bolton, and Sean Hannity, et al.
The HRC I like was the one who laid out "how it
works" to the "Black Lives Matter" folks.

The right wingers have been attacking Hillary at a national level
without letup since 1992, when Bill was elected POTUS. I find it funny
that they are so scared of her, their desperation is palpable. They have
17 absolute bozos seeking their nomination.

I also caught some of Chris Matthew's comments. He has questions in his
mind. Calls the whole thing "murky".
