It really depends on how the US attorney wants to interpret 42 U.S. Code 289g and whether they knew the tissue was going to be sold before the abortion was performed. I am really agnostic on this. It may sound gruesome but the tissue was going in the incinerators so who cares? BTW PP is in trouble here for a few second trimester abortions and their defense seems to be what the meaning of 2d trimester is. Math must not be required to get an MD. It really only matters to the extremist Republican right and the Republican politicians who pander to them. They sure as **** don't give a damn about the kids of poverty who are here and trying to live a semi-decent life. It sounds like you popped off before you knew the facts. again. The law says 12 weeks, PP decided that meant 13 weeks and 6 days. Personally I don't give a **** if they do them in the delivery room. It is cheaper for the tax payer than 18 years of welfare and life without parole. but the law is the law. |
