Just saw a story of a kid in CT who put a video up of a quad with a
semi-auto attached. Flying and shooting with some pretty good control
from what it looked like to me. The news of course hooked me in with
"kid gets arrested for assault on a PO!!!" But it was a teaser of course
they said it while playing the video to make you think he shot at cops
or flew it toward them but they just wanted to make you watch the
commercials:) Either way, he got arrested for being an asshole when they
came to talk to him about it.. Not much more, wondered if you guys saw
that yet. The video is downright scarey really... I am sure the Secret
Service and other leo are not happy at all...

Actually, I did see the video he's talking about.
Scary that The Johnny or Ditzy Dan Kruger will run out and buy that rig when it's available.

Don, if it wasn't available, the kid wouldn't have had it, would he? All the parts
for the drone are available from just about any RC shop. Harry has a pot full of
pistols that would work. Here you'll find all the stuff you need to build your own
multirotor.
