This might get really interesting. They may have shot (pardon the pun) themselves in the foot.

Interesting article but I don't think I'd advertise the fact that I was
traveling through New York or New Jersey armed ... at least not until
the reciprocity law is confirmed.

My state (MA) doesn't recognize *any* other state concealed carry
permits or licenses. For traveling purposes, only two states on the
East Coast honor a MA permit ... Vermont and North Carolina.

Sure, gum ownership should be like marriage.
Every gun owner should provide ID, and must be over 17 year of age
unless having his or her parents consent.
Tomorrow we will discuss the requirements for divorcing oneself from
your gun.

Richard, maybe he actually wouldn't mind being arrested so he could start a grassroots class action suit?

Divorcing ones self? Just think of the possibilities. Lol!

I wouldn't worry about it happening. It takes some time for cases to
reach The Supremes, and by the time we're into Hillary's first term,
she'll have replaced a few of the Associate Justices and there will be a
progressive majority.

Yes, *the* important issue in 2016 is judicial nominations.

That is necessary for all of these cases. Rosa Parks had to be
arrested for sitting on that bus.

Parks was charged with a minor misdemeanor and fined $10. Violating a
state's concealed carry laws probably is a felony with jail time. Maybe
Herring will take the gig.

What are you bitching about. GWs guy wrote the 2 opinions you are
giddy about this week.

Oh, you're not aware of what the righties on the court did to the voting
rights act and other travesties, eh?

That would be great, but I wouldn't want to test it!
