Joe, sorry I didn't get to get in touch with you while in the Bay
area. The in-laws kept me under their wings 24/7, so I didn't have a
moment to myself! It was great weather, and would have been fun to
meet you and spend some time. Maybe next time.

Sounds like a plan!

I did take a ferry from Larkspur to the Ferry Building. They did a
very nice job on the Ferry Building. The last time I was in S.F. and
wandered through it, it was the old interior, with import export
offices and such. Much nicer now, although before, it was quite quiet
and it seemed to exude it's history, and I don't feel that now. The
ferry going back was the catamaran, and that thing goes like hell! We
also went to the beach by the Cliff House. Had lunch at a very good
little chinese place in inner Richmond district.

Anyway, the weather was great, I wish we could have gotten together. I
spent an afternoon at the Martinez pier and marina. Not much fish
coming in.
