Be careful what you ask for - it's a slippery slope. Are *you*
willing to give up *your* social security? It's very likely that you
are at or near the 10% level that your cited article considers
wealthy.

Class warfare is not the answer.

I don't really consider myself 'rich'.

And, I believe Social Security was defined, in the article, as an 'earned benefit',
the major source of income for most of the elderly, who have paid for it. However, if
I could have some confidence that the money would be used for something besides
paying off unions and buying votes, like infrastructure repair or educational
incentives, I'd be glad to forfeit some of my Social Security.

The big numbers, if the article is true (and I know not if it is) are in

Investment Gains: $5,000 Billion

and, Most Extreme:

America’s 14 richest individuals made more from their investments last year than the
$80 billion provided for people in need of food.

I'll always think that $5 million a year for a CEO of anything is excessive.
