Crazy day

This was totally unplanned. We got a call at 10am and they showed up at
11:30.

WBZ TV (CBS channel 4 in Boston) just left our house. They videoed some
of the snow covered property and interviewed our realtor, the owner of
the realty agency and my wife Anna in the house. The purpose was to
document and discuss what difficulties are encountered when trying to
sell property with 3-4 feet of snow on the ground. It will be aired this
evening sometime between 5 pm and 6 pm.

Yours truly stayed far away from the camera. I told them that any
comments I would make about this winter couldn't be broadcast on family TV.

My buddy Rick cracked me up. He said I should have walked through
in my skivvies drinking a Sam Adams in the middle of the taping.

Yup....you've gone international.
They showed your item just after 1830 hrs AST.
They showed a couple clips you had shared in here...that ariel summertime vies and the clip of you using the the John Deere.
Nice shots of your wife with the Vantage Realty agents.
Amazing the difference of quality of the broadcast standard stuff vs the home videos.

They were at the house for quite a while. Left at around 3pm. It's
amazing how the pros can take a bunch of video and recordings, edit it
down to a 1 minute segment and have it ready to broadcast 2 and a half
hours later.

I didn't know they were going to use the little clip of me on the
tractor. That was the realtor's doing.

One thing that has been fun. I have two "hotties" for realtors.

That is always the way it works.

No, it's not. My last realtor was homely.

I have been on the news a few times
and they always talk to you for 20 minutes and use a few little clips,
maybe not even in context.

"Reality" TV is worse.
My daughter and SIL just finished taping a house hunters episode.
Nothing to do with reality, except the house they bought.
They had it torn apart for renovations before the TV crew showed up to
tape their "house hunting."
