I am not quite sure how the two are related. It will be the US
government that exerts eminent domain if that becomes necessary. Most
people are just happy to take the money


I think most are just feeling lucky they got any at all. I live in CT
where the SCOTUS allowed the town to take a home, for a business
enterprise as far as I can figure out....
