Well, there's always the FRAM oil filter route for those "preppers" who
don't want to bother with a trust, the ATF, a tax stamp, et cetera, but
that's a pretty well guaranteed way to end up in the slammer. :) I don't
know why one has to jump through so many hoops to legally own a
silencer, but...that's the way it is.
