He bragged about his 'local price' but won't give the dealer's

Man, you won't give up, will you? He's not going to tell you so you

Poor Harry needs all the help he can get, eh?

Someone told me recently that there where a couple things I could
do regarding posts I didn't like.
One was not to read them. Can't remember the other, and too lazy to look it up.

Perhaps you'd be kind enough to help?

Screw you. I'll post whatever I want to post when I want to post it.
You are acting like an old lady at a sewing circle whispering gossip
**** to your girlfriends.

We weren't discussing your posts, we were discussing your reading of *my* posts.

Like I say, don't read what bothers you. Wait, you said that.

I don't care what you post. I just assume you have an 'interest' in whatever it is.

You're starting to repeat yourself .... again.

Comes from working with soldiers and being a teacher. Repition helps to
get the point across.
Somethng about my posts bothers you - cunning linguistics? - I don't know.

I told you why. You sound like an old, gossipy lady.

"Man, you won't give up, will you?"

Ignore 'em. (repetition, yes?)

When you don't have a point, repetition makes you sound like a gossipy old
lady. Not to worry, though...no one would call you a cunning linguist. ?

Hee, hee.

I was going to let Erickson have the last word, but you butted in. Shame on you.

That green eyed monster comes through every time, Harry.

Say what? Why would I want that rifle? It's not nearly as pretty as the
100-year-old Swedish Mausers I like. And I'm not a sniper wannabe.

Then why build an AR with the finest available components along with a high dollar optical aid?

Sniper rifles have scopes.

BTW Harry, The Russian Mosin was a superior rifle to even the Swedish Mauser, And the Finnish Mosin was superior to the Russian.

Then again, the Swede models today are probably in better shape than the Mosin's. After all, the Swedes never were in a real war since 1814.

That's rare!

Now consider those especially with all matching numbers which have survived all this time ( not the mock ups and re-arsenaled parts guns) that makes this item even rarer yet.

Wow. One of 200,000! Rare. But still an ugly rifle. To each his own.

Harry, IMO AR's are the proverbial dime-a-dozen, and they'er far from cute.

1. So I can shoot tight groups.

2. I'm not sure what you mean by "superior." The Swedish Mauser is a
better looking rifle than the Mosin, is lighter, shorter, has far less
recoil. It's certainly not a really long distance sniper rifle but,
then, I'm not a sniper.

Ahh, but I didn't get an AR15 because it was beautiful or collectible. I
got it because it was reliable, a good shooter, easy to customize, and
easy to carry. I'm shooting 1-1/2" groups at 100 yards now with ordinary
Wolf Gold ammo.

Yup, those pop bottles are dangerous sommiches and you need to be able
to get off a quick follow up shot if they turn and charge you.

Our range frowns on "rapid fire" defined as 2 seconds between shots.
Oswald did better than that with a nasty ass Carcano

Nah. I don't miss on the first shot, but sometimes the pop bottle next
to it tries to attack. Oh, I shoot paper targets, too, and "gongs."

What are you shooting? Manatees?

The indoor range I like has no 2 second rule.

Oh, and I don't dislike bolt action rifles. But the 1894 Swedish Mauser
I like is about 36" long and weights a smidgen over seven pounds.
Remember, I like lever action rifles, too. But not "oversized, heavy" ones.
