Shot a nice deer this morning
One thing I'd say about venison is that it really lean. No or little fat. And not much meat either. A 100lb. Deer will dress out about 30 -40lb. of venison.
Anyhow . This season the county venison will be about 1000.lb. That's half a ton of meat. And most going to the food banks and not through someones windshield. |
