I love my Styer
AUG a1. 5.56 mm, 7.5 lb., strips in about 5 minutes. Comes with scope. Highly reliable. And east to "one hand" fire like a pistol. I like an AR15, but I like the Styer better. It doesn't need any modification to become "tactical". Lol!

Lol! http://www.imfdb.org/images/thumb/8/...rbineBlack.jpg Taste is subjective, for sure. :) Looks like something out of a 1950s TV scifi with a low budget. But Steyr is well-known for high-quality, strange-looking firearms. |

Yes Greg they are expensive. But I bought mine used in almost mint condition about 15 yrs ago for the going rate of a new Colt at that time. Only drawback is the mags. The newer a3 model takes a standard AR box which is NATO compliant from what I understand. But I have 2 good mags so I'm set.
